What's wrong with Guys Today?

Why are so many people I run into telling me that all the guys they meet are just not stepping up, not wanting to be responsible, not thinking about the future or just want a play toy. In my series I'm always talking about Sales, Careers and lot's of other Hot Topics that I feel can help People in their life and journey.

This time I just sense that there is a very real issue and problem in the world around us all. What are the causes and effects and why so many just don't want to engage, drive, excel or even have a need to take control and make things happen.
